We were wired for purpose, we were wired to work.
“God blessed them and said to them, ‘Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.’ ” – Genesis 1:28
God charged us to rule over the earth and subdue it; to be fruitful and multiply. When we work, we fulfill God’s purpose for our lives because work is a form of worship.

LIFE LESSONS OVER LUNCH by ANDY STANLEY & NORTHPOINT CHURCH
The goal of Life Lessons is to create a nonthreatening environment that values people and gives them an opportunity to decompress in the middle of the workday. Lunch groups are safe settings that welcome participants to consider issues of finances, faith, family, relationships, and character.

REDEEMING WORK by ANDY CROUCH
Our jobs often dictate the circumstances and rhythms of our lives. So why does Monday morning feel so far from Sunday morning? For many Christians, there is a significant gap between work and faith. The two simply feel unrelated.
This 6-session group study helps bridge that gap. Redeeming Work provides several tools to help you and/or your group along the way.
We spend nearly 50 percent of our lives in the workplace, which is why it’s so important for us feel meaning and purpose in what we do. Hear from a few WorkMatters participants on how being who they are as a Christian Monday through Friday has helped them see their work truly matters.
