• Experience developing volunteers and empowering them to grow into strong leaders.

• Confident, engaging platform leadership paired with a genuine pastor’s heart for people.
• Musical leadership skills, including the ability to sing and lead from an instrument (acoustic guitar or keys).
• Previous experience leading worship in a professional or church ministry setting.

• Contribute to building the worship culture at 2|42 campus
• Pastor and lead a team of volunteers, including recruiting, shepherding, training, and developing worship and production leaders
• Lead and facilitate 2|42 Team Structure – a development pipeline for musicians and vocalists
• Collaborate towards creative weekend programming and participate with central worship arts for planning and execution
• Schedule teams through Planning Center Online (PCO)
• Create charts and tracks for weekend worship using Logic, Ableton, Multitrack Playback and PCO
• Assist and contribute to the execution of the online service broadcast
• Perform pastoral duties including teaching, baptism, funerals, communion, baby dedications, and spiritual counseling
