Who are we?
Life Bridge Church is a rapidly growing church plant in the heart of the Downriver, just south of Detroit. We launched in January of 2013 and have now grown to over 1,000 in weekly attenders, plus second campus we recently launched in Monroe, MI. In the last 6 years we have seen over 300 people be baptized! This is what makes us tick.
We do not waiver from the simple and profound mission to make disciples. We are a church un-churched people love to attend. That means we are unorthodox, quirky, and have a sense of humor.

The Position
We are looking for a gifted, energetic leader to join our team and lead students to develop a faith of their own. Here is what the job will look like.
Weekly Meetings: Create irresistible weekly environments for Middle School and High School
Develop teams: Identify, equip and empower adult volunteers to organize and lead the student and young adult ministries
Inspire Student Leaders: Identify student’s abilities and give them opportunities to lead, teach and serve. Develop potential leaders for ministry
Communicate: Effectively communicate with students, parents and other leaders consistently and clearly
Teamwork: Work with leaders at Life Bridge to create a dynamic student ministry
