You’ll also be able to network with others who are navigating the unique perspectives and challenges of being a woman in ministry leadership.

Kadi Cole has spent the last twenty-five years serving in local church ministry as an
Executive Director at one of America’s largest and fastest growing multi-site
churches, a Director at Leadership Network, and a founding member of the
Women’s Executive Pastor Network.
Kadi authored Sticky Note Leadership, her bestselling book, Developing Female
Leaders, and her latest book, Find Your Leadership Voice in 90 Days. She speaks at
leadership conferences around the world.
Kadi holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Development and is passionate
about helping organizations and businesses thrive. She is helping to move the needle forward on diversity, and equipping faith-based leaders to fulfill their calling through her business, organization and church consulting, LifePlans, and leadership coaching.

Tony Johnson is the lead pastor of 2|42 Community Church where he is helping people take next steps with God. Prior to his time at 2|42, Tony served for 15 years in various capacities within the Methodist denomination. He has degrees in broadcasting and marketing from Vincennes University and Ball State University, and he’s also a graduate of Asbury Theological Seminary.
Tony is passionate about helping people discover and embrace their God-given purpose and potential. In his spare time, you can find Tony cheering on the Miami Dolphins or camping and fishing with his family.
