Serve Fest | Lansing
Every Sunday we close out our service with a simple but powerful commission: Go+Be the church where you live, work, and play. Serve Fest is an opportunity to help our church family live out our mission. Our goals for these service projects are to Go+Be light in the world around us, to bring hope to those who need it, to foster community in our church, to introduce our small groups to future potential non-profit partnerships for ongoing serving, and to provide an opportunity for people to get connected to our church.
How can you join in? Mark your calendars for the dates below. RSVP for the events you can join, invite your small group to join you, and invite someone who is not connected to a church to simply come and do some good with you.

JUNE | Celebrate Meridian Festival
When? Saturday | June 24
Where? Central Park Drive, Okemos
This is an opportunity for everyone at 2|42’s Lansing campus to get out into the community and serve together on the same day! This day of celebration includes live music, food, children’s activities, vendor booths, and will end with fireworks! Volunteer roles include handing out bottled water, setup and teardown, staffing kids’ inflatables, greeting, staffing a registration table, monitoring trash/recycling, and more. Let’s BLESS our community by going and being the church!
SERVE OUTREACH EVENTS
Serve Outreach Events are led year round by our 2|42 Small Groups. We’d love for you to join what they’re already doing this summer as they go+be the church in our community!
