0:01
welcome to week three of winning at home
0:05
to our friends in Saginaw and Monroe
0:07
hello if you're watching online welcome
0:10
throughout this series we've been
0:13
partnering with some friends at a church
0:15
in Illinois to bring you some Biblical
0:16
teaching and some online resources and
0:20
some engagement opportunities especially
0:21
for our for our students and our kids we
0:23
actually have a middle school fall
0:25
weekend coming up next week and and all
0:29
of these things have been designed to
0:31
help you win at home and this is a
0:35
really big series for us as a church
0:37
because everyone wants to win at home so
0:41
I hope you've been using some of those
0:43
online resources and I hope you've
0:45
actually already started to see some of
0:48
those wins
0:50
today we're going to talk specifically
0:52
about what the Bible teaches on marriage
0:56
and how that relates to us winning at
0:59
home but what we're going to see is that
1:00
while we're going to talk about what the
1:01
Bible teaches on marriage this is really
1:04
a message for all of us whether we're
1:06
married or not because what we'll see is
1:09
that God actually designed marriage to
1:12
be this experiential understanding of
1:15
what a relationship with Jesus is all
1:18
about and a relationship with Jesus
1:20
doesn't require us to be married in fact
1:23
what makes a relationship with Jesus
1:25
comparable to marriage is that both of
1:28
them require us to love and submit so
1:32
what we're going to talk about what the
1:33
Bible teaches on marriage really what
1:36
we're talking about is love
1:38
and submission so I wanted to share with
1:40
you uh an example about on how love and
1:43
submission regularly show up in in one
1:47
of my relationships at home actually
1:48
this one's with my three-year-old son we
1:51
often weekly if not three or four times
1:54
a week have a conversation that goes
1:56
almost identically like this if you're a
1:58
parent that's ever parented a
2:00
three-year-old you've probably had
2:02
something similar it starts like this
2:04
hey buddy it's time to put the guitar
2:06
down and get ready to go I'll say that
2:09
and then he'll say
2:11
why
2:13
to which I'll say oh oh because it's
2:16
time to go and you still need pants on
2:18
and you can't put pants on while you're
2:21
playing guitar
2:22
to which he'll say
2:24
but why right some of you have had this
2:27
conversation and then I'd start to be
2:29
reasonable so I say okay are you asking
2:31
why you can't put the pants on while
2:32
playing guitar or why do you have to
2:34
stop playing guitar
2:36
and he'll say why do I have to put pants
2:39
on to which I'll say because we need to
2:42
go to which he'll say you already know
2:44
what he's going to say
2:46
but why
2:47
and at this point I just say something
2:49
like
2:50
I'm going to take away all of the things
2:53
you love if you don't drop that guitar
2:55
in three seconds
2:57
and put some pants on three
3:01
two and when I get to two the guitar
3:02
always gets thrown on the ground and he
3:04
runs to his room yelling
3:06
but why Daddy and at this point I don't
3:10
even remember why anymore so I say just
3:12
do it
3:13
because I said so
3:18
and at that moment I cave in right any
3:21
parent who's been there you know there's
3:22
something about saying because I said so
3:24
that's both defeating
3:27
but also satisfying right
3:31
look I want my son I desperately want
3:34
him to know exactly why I'm telling him
3:37
to do the things I'm telling him to do
3:38
but I also just want him to do them
3:41
because I said so like I want him to
3:44
just just submit to me because he wants
3:47
to submit to me
3:49
in the same way we were created by God
3:52
with the ability to choose whether or
3:55
not to follow his way
3:58
in his perfect plan we submit to his way
4:01
because he says so
4:05
but to go a little further God inspires
4:08
us to submit to his way
4:11
through the way he loves us
4:13
I mean that's the gospel message isn't
4:15
it
4:16
that God is love and he loves us and he
4:19
created us out of that love to bring him
4:22
honor and Glory
4:24
and then he made a way he gives us
4:26
instruction for for how to live best
4:29
because he knows what's best for us and
4:31
then he calls us to submit to his way
4:34
but anytime we deny or reject or dismiss
4:37
or fail to obey God's way we we sin
4:41
and what happens when we sin is we break
4:43
that relationship with God we're
4:45
separated from him relationally and the
4:47
consequence of our sin is
4:49
death
4:51
but remember God loves us
4:54
so in response to our Rebellion
4:57
God demonstrates his love in a whole new
4:59
way he sent us Jesus to die on the cross
5:03
to pay the price for our sin and then he
5:06
raised Jesus from the dead to save us
5:07
from even the consequence of our sin to
5:10
restore us relationally to himself
5:15
when we put our trust in Jesus's death
5:18
and Resurrection we are saved and then
5:21
God says but don't go back to living for
5:23
yourself
5:25
now that you've seen the demonstration
5:27
of my love follow
5:29
Jesus
5:31
that's that's the gospel that's that's
5:34
the good news and then we read in first
5:36
John chapter 3
5:38
that this is how we know what love is
5:40
that Jesus Christ laid down his life for
5:43
us and we also ought to lay down our
5:45
lives for our brothers and sisters
5:47
he first loved us so we're called to
5:51
love one another
5:52
I've been trying with my son when I get
5:54
to that moment where I just want to say
5:55
because I said so I've been trying to
5:57
say no it's because I love you but
6:00
sometimes
6:01
it's just not as satisfying if I'm
6:04
honest I'm still work in progress
6:08
to bring this back to marriage
6:11
when Jesus calls us to to follow him
6:15
what he's really calling us to do is to
6:17
put our trust in his love and to submit
6:19
to his way
6:21
marriage is a relationship it's a
6:24
special sort of relationship that God
6:25
created and designed to be a
6:27
representation of what God's love is
6:31
like of what Jesus did for us
6:36
our marriages are meant to be a replica
6:39
of the way Jesus loves the church that's
6:42
why this is so important to God and
6:45
that's why when Paul is instructing the
6:47
first century Church on the way of Jesus
6:50
he gives careful and Specific
6:52
Instructions
6:53
for married people so in Ephesians
6:56
chapter 5 where we're going to hang out
6:57
for for most of today we're gonna we're
7:00
gonna hear the instructions that Paul
7:02
gives specifically to wives and husbands
7:05
but the principles he talks about are
7:08
really for all of us whether we're
7:10
married or not
7:12
Ephesians chapter 5 verse 21
7:15
it says this submit to one another
7:18
out of reverence for Christ
7:20
and church that really is all of it
7:23
right there
7:24
everything else I'm going to say the
7:26
rest of this message can be summed up in
7:27
that one sentence
7:29
submit to one another
7:31
out of reverence for Christ
7:34
you want to win at home
7:37
figure out how to consistently apply
7:40
that first
7:43
what does it mean to submit to one
7:45
another out of reverence for Christ
7:49
what it means it means we put the needs
7:51
of others
7:52
ahead of Our Own
7:55
submitting to one another is a race to
7:57
the back of the line
7:59
whether we're married or we're not
8:01
married submitting to one another says
8:03
I'm going to humble myself and put
8:05
myself under the people around me and
8:08
Paul says when we do that we show
8:10
reverence we show respect for Christ
8:12
because that was the way of Jesus that
8:15
is the way of Jesus
8:18
Jesus taught and modeled submission to
8:21
the father even unto death
8:25
what might it look like
8:27
for you
8:29
to submit to one another at home
8:32
what might it look like for you to put
8:33
the needs of the people at home in front
8:36
of your own
8:37
if we could all
8:41
discover decide commit to taking a Next
8:44
Step
8:45
in submitting to one another can you
8:47
imagine the wins we might start to
8:49
experience at home I cannot over
8:52
emphasize verse 21 submit to one
8:55
another's
8:56
out of reverence for Christ
8:59
so then Paul turns to the wives
9:01
specifically and he teaches like this he
9:03
says wives submit to your own husbands
9:05
as you do to the Lord for the husband is
9:07
the head of the wife as Christ is the
9:09
head of the church his body of which he
9:10
is the savior now as the church submits
9:13
to Christ so also wives should submit to
9:16
their husbands in everything
9:18
now this instruction hinges on the the
9:21
things the principles we've been talking
9:23
about
9:24
that when Jesus invites us to follow him
9:28
he's calling us to submit to him as Lord
9:30
that's why Paul instructs wives submit
9:33
as to the Lord
9:35
why do wives submit to their husbands
9:37
why are they asked to submit to their
9:39
husbands because Christ submitted to the
9:42
father check out what Jesus says in John
9:45
chapter 6.
9:47
he says for I have come down from heaven
9:49
not to do my will but to do the will of
9:52
him who sent me and this is what is said
9:54
about him in Hebrews chapter 5. during
9:57
the days of Jesus's life on Earth he
9:59
offered up prayers and petitions with
10:00
fervent cries and tears to the one who
10:03
could save him from death and he was
10:05
heard because of his reverent submission
10:08
son though he was he learned obedience
10:11
from what he suffered and once made
10:12
perfect he became the source of Eternal
10:15
salvation for all who obey him
10:20
when wives choose to submit to their
10:23
husbands
10:24
they're they're showing that they're
10:27
following
10:29
Jesus
10:30
see part of the reason why
10:33
why marriages are so important to God
10:36
is because marriages are are one of the
10:38
the best places where we can demonstrate
10:40
submission to God's way
10:43
and marriages have been under attack
10:44
from the beginning because submission to
10:47
God's way has always been under attack
10:49
Satan wants us to reject and dismiss and
10:52
deny and fail
10:54
to follow God's way he wants us to sin
10:56
everything we're asked to do in marriage
10:59
comes back to God's design that he loves
11:02
us
11:03
he loves us
11:04
and he's made a way for us he's he he
11:07
he's prepared a way for us but we have
11:11
to choose
11:12
to trust
11:14
and obey
11:16
in verse 23 Paul says that Christ is the
11:19
head of the church and as the head of
11:20
the church the church is is called to
11:22
submit to his way and it's in the same
11:25
way that wives are called to submit to
11:27
their husbands as to the Lord
11:31
so I asked my wife
11:32
if if she could explain how she hears
11:36
this when she hears this instruction
11:37
like what does it mean for her how does
11:39
it play out in her life and this is what
11:41
she said
11:42
she said for her it means that in
11:44
everything she takes into into
11:46
consideration my needs and my wants
11:48
whether I'm there or not she's always
11:50
asking herself
11:52
how would Misha think about this what
11:54
what sort of decision would he make in
11:56
this situation
11:57
see for her it's not about waiting for
11:59
me to to make a request so she can
12:02
comply or or to make a decision so she
12:04
can agree for her it's about always
12:07
carrying with her my heart and my
12:09
character in the decisions
12:12
that she makes
12:13
and I love that because I really do
12:15
think that's kind of what Paul's getting
12:16
at for all of us
12:18
if we could just carry around in our
12:20
hearts what is the heart of Christ
12:24
what's the mindset of Christ and we and
12:26
we considered that before we made a
12:28
decision if we really just ask ourselves
12:29
what would Jesus do
12:32
I mean think about think about the wins
12:35
we might experience at home
12:38
and while you're at it if you're a
12:40
bracelet maker I think that what would
12:42
Jesus do would be a really good idea
12:44
okay you heard it here first
12:47
so so Paul instructs the wise and then
12:49
he turns to the husbands and he says
12:50
this husbands
12:52
love your wives just as Christ loved the
12:54
church and gave himself up for her to
12:56
make her holy cleansing her by the
12:58
washing with water through the word and
13:00
to present her to himself as a Radiant
13:01
Church Without stain or wrinkle or any
13:03
other blemish but holy and blameless
13:06
husbands you're called the love of your
13:08
wives we are called to love our wives
13:10
because Jesus first
13:12
loved us which means
13:14
husbands we need to set aside our own
13:16
agendas
13:18
and prioritize the well-being of our
13:21
wives ahead of Our Own
13:24
a few years ago my family took a road
13:26
trip to Colorado
13:27
and on the long drive back we listened
13:29
to this audiobook about Big Dreams
13:33
and we came up with some big dreams my
13:34
wife and I came up with Big Dreams for
13:36
ourselves for our family for our future
13:39
and then we shared them with each other
13:40
and as we as my wife was sharing her
13:43
dreams with me I I added one to my list
13:45
and it's my number one and to this day
13:48
my biggest dream for my life is to make
13:52
all of Britney's dreams come true
13:55
it doesn't mean that I don't still have
13:56
some it doesn't mean that I'm not still
13:58
working on goals and and aspirations of
14:00
my own but it means that hers
14:02
are a priority
14:05
so over the past few years the way that
14:07
we spend our time and the way that we
14:08
spend our money in the way that we the
14:11
way that we fill our schedule
14:12
is dramatically changed because we're
14:15
prioritizing her dreams it's one of the
14:18
ways that I demonstrate my love
14:21
for her
14:25
how much did Jesus love the church
14:30
enough to be nailed to a cross
14:34
husbands you want to know what the bar
14:35
is for loving your wife according to
14:37
Ephesians chapter 5.
14:40
Jesus
14:42
who loved the church and gave himself up
14:46
for her
14:48
which means
14:49
husbands loving our wives is more
14:52
important than getting what we want
14:56
what might you need to give up in order
14:59
to love your wife like Christ loves the
15:01
church
15:04
if you don't know the answer to that
15:06
if you would ask your wife my guess is
15:08
that she could probably tell you
15:10
something
15:12
and if you're sitting there thinking
15:13
well I know what she would say
15:15
you should probably give that thing up
15:17
your marriage is just too important
15:22
in my 11 plus years of being married
15:24
I've given up many things
15:27
I've given up uh fantasy sports I've
15:30
given up
15:31
playing pickup ball in the evenings I've
15:34
given up playing video games
15:37
uh obviously Sports was kind of my first
15:39
love you know I kind of had to I kind of
15:41
had to give that up and I've given up
15:43
doing anything on Monday except spending
15:45
time with my family my marriage is more
15:48
important to me than Sports
15:51
just this past Tuesday uh my wife had a
15:54
had a scheduling conflict with with a
15:57
field trip and both my wife and I had
15:59
work stuff that we needed to do and I
16:01
said hey you keep your work schedule
16:02
I'll go on the field trip and I'll I'll
16:04
figure it out and look I know that's a
16:06
little thing I know these may seem like
16:07
little things
16:09
anytime we give something up in response
16:12
to what Jesus did for us
16:14
what we're doing is we're demonstrating
16:16
that we follow Jesus and we're being an
16:19
example to our wife of what our love
16:23
looks like
16:24
it's important
16:26
Paul goes on he he writes this he says
16:29
that
16:30
Christ loved the church and gave himself
16:31
up for her to make her holy cleansing
16:34
her by the washing with water through
16:36
the word and to present her to himself
16:38
as a Radiant Church Without stain or
16:40
wrinkle or any other blemish but holy
16:42
and blameless and and this is in
16:43
interesting to me because it's like okay
16:45
he's talking about marriage you know
16:47
husbands but then all of a sudden he's
16:48
really just talking about Christ and the
16:50
church and he made this transition
16:51
without letting us know that he was
16:53
transitioning and and what he says is is
16:56
profound he's like Jesus was so
16:59
compelled by his love for the church
17:01
that he gave his life for her and when
17:04
he gave his life for the church what
17:06
happened was he made her holy and he
17:09
allows us the church to now come to him
17:12
as a radiant bride without stain or
17:15
wrinkle or any other blemish blemish but
17:18
holy and blameless
17:23
Jesus's death makes us holy
17:28
that's that's good news
17:33
see
17:34
when we follow this instruction for
17:36
marriage what happens is our marriages
17:39
become
17:40
a way that we reenact the gospel story
17:44
the husband's actions mimic Jesus his
17:47
love and self-sacrifice
17:49
and the wives actions mimic the church
17:51
her willingness to be loved and made new
17:54
now don't get me wrong husbands you
17:56
cannot make your wife holy only Jesus
17:59
can do that Paul is specifically talking
18:01
about what Jesus does there but in so
18:02
doing he's also instructing us to love
18:04
so extravagantly
18:07
so sacrificially
18:10
that we would be willing to give up our
18:12
lives out of love for our life
18:16
you want to win at home
18:19
do you really
18:21
love
18:23
selflessly
18:25
what might be your next step
18:27
in loving like Christ loved the church
18:31
Paul wraps up this section by saying
18:34
this in the same way husbands ought to
18:36
love their wives as their own bodies he
18:38
who loves his wife loves himself after
18:40
all no one ever hated their own body but
18:42
they feed and care for their body just
18:43
as Christ does the church for we are
18:45
members of his body and then he quotes
18:47
Genesis he here he says for this reason
18:49
a man will leave his father and mother
18:51
and be United to his wife and the two
18:53
will become one flesh and this is a
18:55
profound mystery but I'm talking about
18:56
Christ and the church however each one
18:59
of you must also love his wife as he
19:01
loves himself and the wife must respect
19:03
her husband and I'm reading this and
19:05
it's like okay
19:07
he's talking he's like using marriage
19:09
words but he's really talking about
19:11
something so much bigger
19:14
because in this entire in this entire
19:16
passage Paul is describing to us what a
19:19
relationship with Jesus ought to look
19:21
like
19:23
see
19:25
marital love was always designed to be
19:28
Selfless Love
19:31
so how do we demonstrate that Selfless
19:33
Love for one another Paul says in verse
19:36
33 we'll show each other love
19:39
and respect
19:40
when wives show respect to their
19:43
husbands and when husbands demonstrate
19:45
love to their wives we become a picture
19:47
for each other of what Jesus is like and
19:50
sometimes just as importantly we become
19:53
this incredible witness to the world
19:55
of who Jesus is
19:59
see what Paul's getting at in this
20:01
section is really something remarkable
20:03
okay coming back to that first verse
20:05
When in marriage when we submit to one
20:07
another out of reverence for Christ and
20:10
we demonstrate that through love and
20:12
respect God does something incredible he
20:15
takes our two lives
20:16
and through our Selfless Love and
20:19
commitment he forges one new identity
20:24
only God can do that this is what Jesus
20:27
says
20:28
he says so they are no longer two but
20:30
one flesh therefore what God has joined
20:33
together let no one separate see in
20:37
marriage when we submit to one another
20:39
out of reverence for Christ we form One
20:42
new
20:43
identity but
20:46
when we hold on
20:48
to our selfish desires and wants we miss
20:52
out on the Oneness that marriage was
20:54
designed
20:55
to be we miss the mark
20:59
of God's way and
21:02
our marriage is often wind up
21:04
empty
21:06
this is why Paul talks about
21:08
how we take care of our bodies in verse
21:10
29. he says look when your body is when
21:14
you get hungry you might get grumpy but
21:16
you don't get mad at your body for being
21:18
hungry
21:19
when you're hungry you go get some food
21:21
and you fill your body up because your
21:23
body can't survive very long without
21:26
food
21:27
in the same way our marriages can't
21:29
survive
21:31
if they're empty
21:33
the way we fill them up is through
21:35
demonstrating love and respect see when
21:37
our bodies don't get the sustenance they
21:40
need they break down at their most
21:41
vulnerable places and when our marriages
21:43
don't get what they need
21:45
they break down at the most vulnerable
21:47
places
21:50
so how do we how do we keep each other
21:52
full through demonstrating love and
21:55
respect
21:57
and one of the best resources that I've
21:59
found for for how we can understand how
22:02
we best give and receive love is this
22:04
thing called the five love languages
22:06
maybe you've heard of this Gary Chapman
22:07
coined this term he wrote a book about
22:09
it
22:10
the love languages are are ways that we
22:14
understand how we best receive love and
22:17
how others best receive love and this is
22:19
useful for everyone whether you're
22:20
married you're not married if you're
22:22
dating if you're engaged even for like
22:24
understanding our kids
22:26
even for self-awareness here's what the
22:28
five love languages are first one is
22:30
words of affirmation these are the words
22:33
we say sometimes we write sometimes we
22:36
sing
22:37
to communicate our love for someone
22:40
the next one is quality time
22:43
key word here is quality this is time
22:46
that we spend intentionally investing on
22:48
deepening the relationship
22:51
the next one is acts of service this is
22:53
my top love language acts of service are
22:55
the things that we do for someone else
22:57
to demonstrate we love them I feel most
23:00
loved when someone knows something on my
23:02
to-do list and takes it off for me
23:04
because they love me
23:06
the next one is physical touch
23:08
this isn't just sexual touch this is any
23:10
way we use Touch or proximity
23:13
to communicate selflessly that we love
23:16
someone
23:17
and the fifth one is gifts
23:19
gifts are our way of saying well here's
23:21
here's an example of how I've been
23:23
thinking about you when when we weren't
23:25
together or here's a token a
23:27
demonstration of my love for you
23:30
do you know your love language
23:33
do you know your spouses
23:35
if you're engaged or dating do you know
23:38
how the other person best gives and
23:39
receives love
23:43
I learned the hard way early on in my
23:46
marriage that you're supposed to give
23:48
the other person what they receive best
23:50
early on first few years of my marriage
23:52
I'd spend like all day cleaning the
23:54
house or I'd spend all weekend in the
23:55
garage in the yard doing house projects
23:57
and then Brittany came to me one day and
23:59
was like actually I'm really thankful
24:01
for all the stuff you're doing but
24:03
I never get to see you when you do that
24:07
she said I would much rather have a
24:09
messy house and spend time with you than
24:12
to have all this stuff done and you
24:14
disappear for the weekend see I was
24:16
giving her acts of service because
24:18
that's how I received love best but what
24:20
she needed was quality time
24:23
okay that's just kind of scratching the
24:25
surface of of the love language stuff if
24:27
you want to know more you can get the
24:29
book the point is God
24:32
demonstrated his love for us through
24:34
Jesus and so we also ought to
24:37
demonstrate our love
24:39
for one another it's how we fill our
24:41
marriages up
24:44
and again the reason why we're focusing
24:46
specifically on marriages is because
24:48
there is this unique spiritual reality
24:50
to that sort of relationship that is an
24:54
example both to each other and to the
24:55
world about what a relationship with
24:57
Jesus
24:58
is like that's why Paul says in verse 32
25:01
it's a profound mystery but I'm actually
25:03
talking about Christ and the church
25:08
our marriage relationships are designed
25:10
to paint a picture to the world of what
25:12
Jesus
25:14
is like
25:15
so how do we do that
25:17
how do we hit reset if that used to be
25:19
kind of our our goal but it hasn't been
25:21
how do we start there if it's never been
25:23
how do we how do we keep going if it has
25:26
been
25:27
the answer goes back to that very first
25:31
sense
25:32
submit to one another
25:34
out of reverence for Christ
25:38
what does it mean for us
25:40
put the needs of others
25:42
ahead of Our Own
25:45
wives husbands singles if we can
25:47
consistently apply that verse imagine
25:50
imagine the winds
25:52
we might see
25:54
so what's your next step
25:56
in submitting to one another in response
25:58
to what Jesus has done for you
26:00
if you know the answer to that you know
26:02
what to do
26:03
in order to help you with this or to
26:06
keep this conversation going we did put
26:08
together a resource for you uh that
26:10
we're that we want you to to try this
26:13
week okay for every couple we want you
26:15
to go on a date night all right
26:18
and this date night is really about can
26:20
starting or amplifying this conversation
26:22
about how can your relationship look a
26:24
little bit more like Jesus okay
26:28
the rule is you can't like bicker and
26:31
complain about how you've done this in
26:33
the past okay starting with this date
26:35
night you can only do it if you're
26:37
willing to say hey wherever we're at
26:39
we're going to move forward representing
26:42
Christ's love for the church okay so we
26:45
got these date night challenge cards
26:48
you can grab them on your way out
26:51
the only thing you gotta do before you
26:53
start this is choose a restaurant which
26:55
for some of you may be the most
26:57
difficult part of the entire day okay
26:59
but if you can survive agreeing on the
27:01
restaurant then this this date night is
27:04
is a bit of an experiential Journey with
27:07
some guided discussions oh you you can
27:09
find all eight steps on this front QR
27:12
code or you can go step by step just one
27:15
at a time just only pull your phone out
27:17
to scan the QR codes okay
27:19
here's the deal we want this to help you
27:21
have a conversation some of these are
27:23
are things to do
27:25
some of these are places to go some of
27:28
these are questions to ask each other
27:32
would you give that a try
27:34
and look I know one date isn't going to
27:37
change everything
27:39
but I also know that if our
27:41
marriages if our relationships are going
27:43
to model Christ's love for the church
27:45
it's going to happen one step at a time
27:50
so we take a step
27:52
just a step today
27:55
when we follow God's instructions for
27:59
marriage
28:01
then our spouses our kids our parents
28:05
our grandkids our siblings our friends
28:08
our neighbors they get a glimpse of
28:11
Jesus
28:13
and my prayer for you
28:16
is that when people see your life and if
28:18
you're married when people see your
28:20
marriage my prayer is that they will see
28:22
something that brings honor and Glory to
28:25
god let's pray
28:30
God thank you
28:33
thank you for
28:35
for making us out of your love
28:37
and thank you for Designing this really
28:39
special relationship
28:42
that both allows us to experience your
28:45
love in new ways
28:48
to demonstrate it in new ways
28:51
and to see it in others in new ways
28:55
so God as we go from here and as we seek
28:57
to follow you
29:00
may you may you give us the Courage the
29:03
energy the willingness to forgive
29:06
give us whatever we need to move forward
29:10
in your direction
29:12
and God as we do May to you be all the
29:14
honor and Glory
29:16
amen
