STUDENTS PASTOR
The Students Pastor will be the main influencer in the overall direction and momentum of student ministries at the campus while working to maintain alignment with the central student strategy, pursuing creativity in contextual expressions. This role will also shepherd a young person’s season of life, transitioning from school to career. This will require having a “Do whatever it takes” mentality, being devoted to learning, and a willingness to be part of the big picture of what 2|42 Students are doing in a multi-site context.
FACILITY TEAM MEMBER
This position is a critical role as one of the first points of interaction that people have when they come into our building especially on weekdays. Beyond performing janitorial duties for the buildings and related areas, our hosts carry a welcoming demeanor that makes people feel welcome and safe in a clean and intentional environment. They provide exceptional customer service indiscriminately to people of various backgrounds. They will need to possess knowledge of our proper cleaning and safety techniques and procedures. Their mandate is to ensure that all who walk through our Community Center experience a friendly, welcoming experience.

FACILITY TEAM MEMBER

TIG STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACH
At TIG Strength & Conditioning, our coaches are responsible for maintaining high-quality coaching for athletes of all fitness levels. It is mandatory that our coaches provide a safe and positive environment for our members of all ages. Other responsibilities include occasional retail and membership sales, equipment maintenance, and involvement in community functions. Some class programming and social media updating may be included as well.
SCHOOL FOR THE ARTS INSTRUCTOR
School for the Arts instructors provide group experiences or individual lessons in a variety of arts expressions including, tech, drama, music and voice. We offer daytime and evening classes for beginners to advanced students.

LANSING
PRODUCTION LEAD
Under the direction of the Worship Pastor with influence by the Campus Pastor, the Production Lead holds the responsibility and authority over the execution of weekend gatherings at the campus and the technical skills development of the production teams. The Lead is responsible for building and developing a healthy and thriving production team (audio, video, lighting, and stage crew). They will proactively work to ensure that the cohesive, centrally defined 2|42 weekend Vision, Values, and Standards (VVSs) and brand guides are understood, supported, programmed toward, and protected in all aspects of the weekend execution and review.
SCHOOL FOR THE ARTS LOCATION LEAD
The School for the Arts Lead will manage the day-to-day operations of the SFTA campus location, including assisting with and hiring of instructors, scheduling instructors and students, communication and billing with parents, reviewing class proposals, periodically attending SFTA events (classes, lessons, camps) and performances at SFTA, and taking photos at SFTA events for use in SFTA advertising. This Lead will also be responsible for coordinating with the campus
team to ensure room availability, staffing needs and be a part of the local campus team. The right candidate would have a desire to grow the business adding lessons and classes for children and adults as well as summer camps for children.

WORSHIP PASTOR
The worship pastor is responsible for overseeing worship and production for service programming, events, and worship activities, including musical and creative aspects, planning, and preparation. An essential part of this position is to build and strengthen the Worship and Production teams by setting a culture of growth through next steps in their devotion and worship skills. The influence of this spans beyond the weekend services and uplifts the worship environment within the entire campus ministry scope
This position has the potential to become a full-time position when combined with the School For The Arts Lead position.

CAMPUS PASTOR
The main focus of the Campus Pastor position is to work within the local context of a campus, to execute the mission of helping people take next steps with God. The ideal candidate would lead the daily operations of the campus alongside and under the direction of the Executive Pastor of Campus Operations. A successful Campus Pastor will lead the focus of turning a first-time guest into a fully engaged Christ-follower, while continuing to grow the existing campus structure. The Campus Pastor will coach and encourage the campus staff to reach their potential in time, talents and resourcefulness. The Campus Pastor will work closely with the Central Team to ensure that the campus is a good steward of resources and finances.
