CENTRAL

BUSINESS TEAM COORDINATOR

The Business Team Coordinator provides central support to campuses and operational
excellence for all business functions of 2|42. This role ensures that financial processes,
stewardship practices, and administrative workflows run with accuracy, integrity, and efficiency
so ministry teams can thrive and focus on helping people take next steps with God.
The Business Team Coordinator assists in data management, organizational systems, and
structures, helping align campuses for efficiency and effectiveness.

ANN ARBOR

PRODUCTION PASTOR

The Production Pastor (PP) holds responsibility and authority for executing weekend gatherings at the campus, as well as pastoral care and technical skills development for the production teams. The PP is responsible for building and developing a healthy and thriving production team (audio, video, lighting, and stage crew). The PP proactively works to ensure that the cohesive, centrally defined 2|42 weekend Vision, Values, and Standards (VVSs) and brand guides are understood, supported, programmed toward, and protected in all aspects of the weekend execution and review.

FACILITY TEAM MEMBER

This position is a critical role as one of the first points of interaction that people have when they come into our building especially on weekdays. Beyond performing janitorial duties for the buildings and related areas, our hosts carry a welcoming demeanor that makes people feel welcome and safe in a clean and intentional environment. They provide exceptional customer service indiscriminately to people of various backgrounds. They will need to possess knowledge of our proper cleaning and safety techniques and procedures. Their mandate is to ensure that all who walk through our Community Center experience a friendly, welcoming experience.

FACILITY TEAM MEMBER

STUDENTS PASTOR

The Students Pastor will play a vital role in supporting the student ministries at the campus, while working to maintain alignment with campus constants and pursuing creativity in contextual expressions. This will require having a “whatever it takes” mentality, being devoted to learning, and a willingness to be part of the big picture of what 2|42 Students are doing in a multi-site context.

TIG STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING LEAD

The TIG Lead will assist the Missional Business Director in the management of the day-to-day operations of the TIG operations, including hiring and scheduling coaches, communications, billing, marketing, and managing the established and future programs. The right candidate would have a desire to continue to grow the business and connect members with the community within
and outside of 2|42.

TIG STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACH

At TIG Strength & Conditioning, our coaches are responsible for maintaining high-quality coaching for athletes of all fitness levels. It is mandatory that our coaches provide a safe and positive environment for our members of all ages. Other responsibilities include occasional retail and membership sales, equipment maintenance, and involvement in community functions. Some class programming and social media updating may be included as well.

SCHOOL FOR THE ARTS INSTRUCTOR

School for the Arts instructors provide group experiences or individual lessons in a variety of arts expressions including, tech, drama, music and voice. We offer daytime and evening classes for beginners to advanced students.

WORSHIP PASTOR

The worship pastor is responsible for overseeing worship and production for service
programming, events and worship activities including musical and creative aspects, planning,
and preparation. An essential part of this position is to build and strengthen the Worship and
Production teams by supporting their next steps as disciples and developing technical skills.
